Agreement Signed between ARCS and OIC for the Treatment of Patients Suffering from Congenital Heart Defects!

Today, Tuesday, the 29th of April, an agreement was signed between Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting General President of ARCS, and Dr. Mohammad Saeed Al-Ayyash, Representative of OIC in Afghanistan. The signing ceremony was attended by Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Acting Secretary General of ARCS, and Imaduddin Rabani, Head of Humanitarian Affairs of the OIC. The memorandum of understanding aims to establish financial support for the treatment and operations of 30 patients diagnosed with congenital heart defects.
During the signing ceremony, the Acting General President of ARCS expressed gratitude to the OIC for its unwavering support and appealed for further assistance to help in the treatment of more children suffering from similar conditions.
In response, the representative of OIC and accompanying delegation commended the services provided by ARCS. They assured support to vulnerable and impoverished people through this national humanitarian organization and announced plans to launch further projects in this domain.
it is to mentioned that more than 7000 children suffering from ventricular septal defect are waiting for their turn to be treated.
