The Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed food and non-food items to 18 needy families in the ARCS aid center in the northern Regional Directorate of Balkh province. The aid includes 1 bag of rice, a bottle of oil, 4 bags of charcoal, green tea, shampoo, 3 kg of sugar, 5 kg of beans, 5 kg of pulses, a bag of flour and 1000 AF in cash.
