500 Repatriated Families Receive Humanitarian Assistance in Jawzjan

The ARCS provided humanitarian assistance to 500 repatriated migrant families in Shabarghan, the capital of Jawzjan Province.

The assistance, which was provided by the Government of Uzbekistan, included 50 kg of flour, 10 liters of cooking oil, 18 kg of rice, 9 kg of sugar, 4.5 kg of macaroni, 38 packets of noodles, 5 kg of biscuits, hygiene supplies, and several other essential items for each family.

This assistance will help meet some of the families’ basic short-term food and non-food needs.

The ARCS provides timely support to repatriated families and facilitates necessary humanitarian assistance to help improve their living conditions.
