29 Congenital Heart Defect Patients Referred to Local Hospitals!
Today, Tuesday, the 8th of April, ARCS once again referred 29 congenital heart defect patients for treatment and surgeries to 7 local hospitals in Kabul.
It is noteworthy that the cost of the treatment of these patients is fully paid by ARCS.
