12.5 Million Afghanis in Cash Assistance Provided to Vulnerable Farmers in Balkh

The ARCS, with support from the ICRC, has provided a total of AFN 12,500,000 in cash assistance to 500 drought-affected farmers in Dawlat Abad District of Balkh Province, with each farmer receiving 25,000 Afghanis in financial support.
This assistance aims to provide immediate financial relief to the farmers, enhance agricultural productivity, and contribute to improved food security.
Notably, just a few days earlier, an additional AFN 19 million was distributed among 750 vulnerable farmers in Chahar Bolak District.
