Vice President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society Meets with Turkish Charge d'affaires!

On, Monday, 21st of February 2022 Maulvi Sahib Nooruddin Turabi, vice president of Afghan Red Crescent Society meets with Turkish charge d’affaires during the 900 tons food & non-food items plan at the Turkish embassy. The mention aid will be received soon to the ARCS in torghondi port.

The vice president of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Maulvi Nooruddin Turabi, thanked Turkey for the distribution of humanitarian aid and assured that the aid would soon be distributed transparently to the needy and poor families in the following 17 provinces of the country.

1- Badghis 2- Ghor 3- Farah 4- Nimroz 5-  Helmand, 6- Kandahar 7- Uruzgan 8- Zabul 9-  Kabul10- Paktika 11- Logar 12-  Laghman 13- Baghlan14-  Jawzjan 15- Sar-e-Pul and 16- Faryab.

It is to be noted that 500 packages have been considered for each province and next week another batch of aid will arrive in the country, which will be distributed to the remaining provinces. Mawlave noruddin Turabi called on the provincial authorities to identify those needy and poor families in remote areas that since they have never received any assistance.
