Paktia: ARCS Vice President Visits the Organization’s Marastoon, Mental Health Center, and Properties

Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, visited the Marastoon, the mental health care and treatment center, and the organization’s properties in the southeastern zone of Paktia Province.

Mr. Azizur Rahman assessed the needs of the vulnerable and female-headed families residing in the Marastoon and also reviewed the quality of health services provided to mental health patients, as well as the kitchen and residential facilities.

He strongly emphasized to the officials the importance of good treatment of patients, maintaining respectful behavior, and ensuring cleanliness, and he also appreciated their services.

He also assessed the condition of the ARCS properties and instructed the officials to make proper and effective use of these assets so as to increase the organization’s revenue.
