ARCS Concludes Four-Day Financial Policy Workshop in Herat

The ARCS concluded a four-day financial policy workshop in Herat Province for 17 finance officers from the Western and Southwestern Zones and related branches.
During the workshop, participants received theoretical and practical training on financial policy, principles of accountability, transparency, and the implementation of financial regulations.
The workshop aimed to enhance the professional capacities of finance officers and strengthen the standardization of administrative affairs, so that the financial operations of the ARCS are carried out in accordance with established policies and regulations.
The ARCS continuously organizes educational and training programs to build the capacity of its administrative and technical staff.
