At the beginning of the upcoming cold winter, on 8th Dec, ARCS distributed foodstuffs to 400 vulnerable and flood-hit families in Shajoy district of Zabul province and to 450 vulnerable, orphans and needy families in center Tarinkot, Uruzgan province.
