Providing humanitarian services is considered as the fundamental objectives of ARCS, therefore on 8th Dec, the Mobile health team of ARCS is providing health services free of cost to those people, who do not have access to health facilities in Noorgram district of Nuristan province, yet it has treated 170 people and this service is still continued.
