Monday, December 15, 2025

Over the past 30 days, ARCS medical teams have delivered widespread and continuous healthcare services across various districts and villages in Balkh province.
During this period, 7,283 patients received direct treatment, including health checkups, provision of medicines, wound care, vaccinations, malnutrition screening and prevention, prenatal and postnatal care, health counseling, and family planning services.
Moreover, ARCS health teams provided vital medical consultations to 20,998 people on disease prevention, maternal and child health, nutrition, and healthy living practices.
These efforts aim to expand basic first aid, prevent diseases, and improve the overall health of people living in remote and underserved communities.
These essential services are being delivered under challenging circumstances, where many rural communities lack access to basic healthcare facilities. The initiatives by ARCS have become a source of trust and hope for thousands of families.
