هلال احمر افغانی در ولسوالی یاوان ولایت بدخشان ۱۲ قلم کمک غیرغذایی را برای ۱۰۴ خانواده که در اثر رانش بخشی از کوه آسیب دیده بودند، توزیع نموده است. این کمک در مجموع شامل ۳۰ باب خیمه، ۲۰۸ تخته ترپال، ۶۲۴ تخته کمپل، ۶۲ وسایل آشپزخانه ۱۳ عددی، ۴۱۶ بوشکه آب،۱۰۴ بسته های حفظ الصحه، ۳۱۲ پتوی مردانه، ۳۱۲ شال زنانه، ۵۳ دانه منقل، ۲۰۸ لباس های مختلف و ۷۳ تخته برق آفتابی بوده.
