In continuation of humanitarian aid,

On 27th Sept, ARCS distributed food & non-foodstuffs provided by Turkish country to 300 earthquake-hit families in Nurgal district-Kunar province In the aforementioned aid 200 families received food and non-food items while the remaining 100 families received only foodstuffs.

In the food package, each family received; 20_kg rice, 10_liter oil, 10_kg beans, 1_kg green tea, 4_kg sugar, 6 packets of biscuits, 4_kg macaroni and 2 cane of potato paste, while the non-food package included;

a tent, a Turkish carpet, 6 Turkish blankets, a set of kitchenware, 2 tarpaulins, 2 pairs of Turkish cloth sets, 2 scarfs, 4 pairs of shoes, 2 water buckets and a tray. With the arrival of cold winter the earthquake-hit and vulnerable families are in dire need of humanitarian assistance, where we shall together keep this assistance program continued.
