Mavlawe Matiul Haq Khalis, acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, met with Omar Tashli, the Special representative of international committee of the Islamic Red Crescent!

Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society met with the Special Representative of the International Committee of the Islamic Red Crescent in his office.

At the beginning, Mr. Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis welcomed the guests and thanked them for their previous assistance to the Afghan Red Crescent Society. He also assured of competent and strong staff and transparency in the implementation of any projects and plans.

In response, Omar Tashli, Special Representative of the International Committee of the Islamic Red Crescent said "we want to implement 56 million dollars project by the ARCS and look forward to hearing from you, and thank you to the current leadership of the Afghan Red Crescent Society for providing such assistance in a transparent and expeditious manner. The acting director of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis, once again assured all possible assistance. Finally, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two sides.
