هلالاحمر افغانی، در مرکز آموزشی ارزانقیمت جوانان و رضاکاران مربوط به ولایت کابل، از ۵۶۰ دانشآموز در بخشهای زبان انگلیسی، ریاضی و خوشنویسی آزمون ماهانه اخذ کرد.
قابل یادآوری است که در این مرکز آموزشی، در حال حاضر حدود ۱۶۰۰ دانشآموز که توان پرداخت فیس در مراکز آموزشی خصوصی را ندارند، بهگونهٔ رایگان در بخشهای مختلف آموزشی، دورههای کوتاهمدت را فرا میگیرند.
