هلالاحمر افغانی به ۶۵۰ خانواده زلزلهزده در نواحی شهر مزار شریف مرکز ولایت بلخ، مواد مختلف زمستانی توزیع کرد.
در این کمکها، به هر خانواده لباسهای کودکانه، مردانه و زنانه، جمپر، جاکت، دستکش، جوراب، چادر، کفش و دیگر مواد ضروری مساعدت شد.
این کمکها بهمنظور محافظت از خانوادههای یادشده در برابر سرما و همچنین به منظور ابراز همدردی بشری توزیع شد.
