هلال احمر افغانی در ولایت نورستان به ۸۰ خانواده مشمولین بیرونی ( نیازمند و متکدی)، برای مدت شش ماه، مبلغ دو میلیون و سیصد و هفتاد و شش هزار (۲٬۳۷۶٬۰۰۰) افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع کرد.
از میان این خانواده‌ها، به ۷۶ خانواده ۳۰٬۰۰۰ هزار افغانی و به ۴ خانواده باقی‌مانده ۲۴۰۰۰۰ هزار افغانی مساعدت شده است.
