Meeting Held in China to Strengthen Humanitarian Aid and cooperation with Afghanistan.

On 29th November, Sheikh al-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, acting president of ARCS, and his delegation, held a meeting in China with Alexander Matheou, head of IFRC Asian region, to enhance humanitarian aid and sustainable cooperation with Afghanistan.
During the meeting, Sheikh Delawar provided a comprehensive briefing on ARCS humanitarian activities, achievements, and contributions across various sectors. And besides appreciating and considering the value of international organizations aid, highlighted the pressing humanitarian situation in Afghanistan, called for the urgent and necessary aid to help vulnerable people and those affected by disasters in the cold harsh season of winter.
Later on, Alexander Matheou commended ARCS humanitarian efforts and reaffirmed IFRC commitment to supporting the organization and pledged continued collaboration to address Afghanistan's humanitarian challenges effectively.
Both parties engaged in detailed discussions regarding future collaborative plans to strengthen mutual efforts in providing relief and support to those in need.
