Introduction of 16 children suffering from ventricular septal defect to domestic hospitals!

Today, on Wednesday, 11th December, ARCS once again referred 16 children suffering from ventricular septal defect for surgery and therapy to 5 domestic hospitals in the capital Kabul.
It's to be mentioned that the whole cost of the treatment of these patients is paid by ARCS.
