Regarding achievements, existing challenges, solutions, and effective services in the field of humanitarian aid in Afghanistan a tripartite meeting between Turkish Red Crescent, IFRC, and ARCS top management was held in Istanbul, Turkey. In the meeting, Mr. Mawlavi Matiulhaq "khalis", president of Afghan Red Crescent expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance of International Federation and Turkish Red Crescent and discussed challenges, new strategies & appropriate ways of solutions regarding humanitarian services in Afghanistan. In the meeting, Alexander Mathew, IFRC regional director for the Pacific region commended the efforts and achievements of Afghan Red Crescent and committed for continuous assistance and cooperation to Afghanistan. He said, "Cooperation and understanding are necessary to solve problems". In the meeting, the three parties discussed on better, more efficient, and transparent development. And it was promised that they would put hands together to help those in need.
