The ARCS, with support from the IFRC, distributed six types of winter and humanitarian aid to 118 earthquake-affected families in Sawkay District of Kunar Province to help them protect themselves from the cold weather.
Each family received two blankets, one kitchen set, one water bucket, one lamp, one health kit, and two water jerrycans as part of the assistance.
This aid was provided to help meet the daily needs of these families and protect them from the winter cold.
Wherever an earthquake causes damage, the ARCS is the first to offer help and support to those affected.
