The ARCS concluded a six-day capacity-building workshop on disaster management and cash transfer at its provincial branch in Laghman Province for 25 staff members and volunteers. The workshop ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
During the training, participants received comprehensive theoretical and practical instruction on effective response during natural and non-natural disasters, providing assistance to affected individuals, and ensuring the transparent distribution and safe transfer of cash assistance.
