هلال احمر افغانی، برای ۳۰۰ خانواده آسیب‌دیده از زلزله در ولسوالی خلم ولایت سمنگان، به منظور #رسیدگی_عاجل و تأمین سرپناه موقت، کمک‌های مواد غیرغذایی توزیع نمود.
در این کمک، به هر خانواده یک باب خیمه، دو تخته ترپال، يک سیت لوازم آشپزخانه، هفت کمپل و دو بوشکه آب مساعدت شد.
