Awareness Workshop on ARCS Concludes for Security Personnel

A two-day awareness workshop on the “Introduction to the ARCS and the Components of the Movement” concluded at the Kabul National Police Training Center, organized under the initiative of ARCS’s Department of Legal Affairs and Humanitarian Diplomacy. The workshop was attended by officials and personnel from various departments of the Ministry of Interior’s Kabul National Police Training Center. 
During the workshop, participants were extensively briefed about the history of the Afghan Red Crescent, its organizational responsibilities, the nature of the Movement’s seven fundamental principles, and the proper use of the Red Crescent emblem. Presentations also highlighted the humanitarian, impartial, neutral, and national character of the ARCS, along with its humanitarian activities.
The workshop was specifically designed for members of the security and military sectors to strengthen their understanding of the ARCS’s mission, responsibilities, and humanitarian role.
