از سوی هلالاحمر افغانی، در ولایت میدان وردک به ۲۷ خانواده مشمولین بیرونی (نیازمند و متکدی) در مجموع ۱۳۳ هزار افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع شد. این کمک بر اساس تعداد اعضای خانوادهها، برای شماری از خانوادهها به هر خانواده ۵۰۰۰ افغانی و برای شماری دیگر ۲۰۰۰ افغانی از طریق حسابهای بانکی حواله شد.
چنین کمکهای نقدی بهصورت ماهانه از سوی هلالاحمر افغانی به خانوادههای نیازمند یادشده پرداخت میشود.
