Khost: Monthly Cash Assistance Provided to 80 Vulnerable Families

ARCS has disbursed 379,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to 80 families engaged in street begging in Khost Province. The initiative aims to ease the economic hardships faced by these families and reduce their reliance on begging. Under the program, larger households received 5,000 Afghanis, medium-sized households 4,000 Afghanis, and smaller families 2,000 Afghanis. The assistance was transferred directly to their bank accounts.
