۱۵ تن از مریضان روانی پس از تکمیل دوره تدوای شان در مرکز نگهداری و تداوی مریضان روانی، زون قندهار هلال احمر افغانی، صحت یاب گردیده و به خانوادههایشان سپرده شدند.
شایان ذکر است که در هنگام رخصتی، به هر یک از این افراد مقداری کمک نقدی نیز صورت گرفته است.
