هلال احمر افغانی در طی ۳ ماه گذشته برای ۱۹۶ دانش‌آموز در مرکز آموزشی جوانان و رضاکاران در ولایت بدخشان، زمینه آموزش در بخش‌های تعلیمات اسلامی، سیرت‌النبی، سوادآموزی، ریاضی، زبان انگلیسی و کمپیوتر فراهم نموده است.
در این مدت ۳۱ تن دانش آموز پس از اتمام آموزش خویش فارغ شدند و ۱۶۵ تن دانشجوی باقیمانده تاهنوز در حال آموزش هستند.
