امروز سه‌شنبه، ۴ رمضان، مراسم فراغت ۱۲۰ دانش‌آموز از مرکز آموزشی هلال احمر افغانی در ولایت کندز، در بخش های تعلیمات اسلامی، ریاضی و کمپیوتر برگزار شد.
