امروز چهارشنبه، ۲۰ شعبان، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی در ولسوالی نورگرام ولایت نورستان برای ۱۳۶ خانواده عودت کننده ۵۴۴ بسته شامل بسته‌های زمستانی، حفظ الصحه و کرامت انسانی توزیع شد.
این کمک که توسط صلیب سرخ ناروی تهيه شده بود، برای هر خانواده؛ ۱ بسته زمستانی، ۱ بسته کرامت انسانی و ۲ بسته حفظ الصحه مساعدت شد.
