امروز سه‌شنبه، ۱۲ شعبان، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی، در ولسوالی علینگار ولایت لغمان، برای ۱۵۰ خانواده عودت کننده ۶۰۰ بسته از لوازم زمستانی، صحی و کرامت انسانی توزیع شد.
در این کمک که از سوی صلیب سرخ ناروی تهیه شده بود، به هر خانواده ۱ بسته زمستانی، ۱ بسته کرامت انسانی و ۲ بسته حفظ الصحه مساعدت شد.
