بتاریخ اول جمادي الاول هلال احمر افغانی مانند گذشته بار دیگر ۳۰ کودک مبتلا به بیماری سوراخ قلبی را جهت تداوی و عملیات در دو شفاخانه داخلی پایتخت کابل معرفی نمودند. تمام هزینه تداوی و عملیات این کودکان از سوی هلال احمر افغانی پرداخت می شود.
