هلال احمر افغانی سیستم تقویتی برای سیستم برق خورشیدی را که مدتی پیش در مرستون مزار شریف مرکز ولایت بلخ فعال ګردیده بود، افتتاح نمود.بر اساس این سیستم، قوت انرژی خورشیدی پس از این دو برابر خواهد شد. هلال احمر افغانی در مرستون مذکور علاوه براین صدها نیازمند و بی چاره و همچنان زنان بیوه بدون سرپرست که هیچ مدرکی برای امرار معاش ندارند، حمایت و کفالت می نماید.
