Today, On 16th October, Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khais, Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent, has left to Qatar to seek humanitarian aid. During his visit, he will have meetings with welfare foundations' officials and representatives of various foreign embassies to Afghanistan, to discuss continuous humanitarian aid and to solicit assistance for the earthquake-stricken regions of Herat province, in order to respond comprehensively to the affected people in extensive manner.
