روز جمعه ١٥ صفر، هلال احمر افغانی کمک های غذایی که توسط کشور کویت تهیه شده بود. برای ٣٠٠ خانواده سیلاب زده در میدان شهر مرکز ولایت میدان وردگ توزیع نمود.به هر خانواده ١٠٠ کیلو آرد، ٢٤.٥ کیلو برنج، ١٠ لیتر روغن، ٨ کیلو لوبیا، ٥ کیلو شکر، ٢ کیلو نمک، ١ کیلو چای سبز و یک بسته بیسکویت مساعدت صورت گرفت.
