به تاریخ ۱۳ صفر، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی جهت کمک برای ۱۰۰۰ خانواده در مرکز ولایت خوست و در مرکز ولایت پروان به شمول ولسوالی های کوه صافی و سالنگ سروی ۲۰۰۰ خانواده نیازمند، فقیر، بیوه و بی سرپرست آغاز شد. که در آینده نزدیک به خانواده های سروی شده کمک های غذایی ارائه خواهد شد.
