ARCS has introduced 18 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect to Basit hospital for therapy & surgery, in Kabul. It's commendable that in last 8 months, ARCS has referred 746 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defects to different hospitals, in the Capital.
