Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS had a joint meeting with Mr. Aleksander, regional head of IFRC, discussed number of issues, in HQ of ARCS-Kabul. In meeting, Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS, while welcoming Aleksander to Afghanistan, told " last year, ARCS, Besides helping vulnerable people, also has strived to help displaced due to floods, drought & earthquake, whilst this year, we endeavors to provide better help and services to the effected than last year. He stated" This year, We are determined to support those are begging in the markets, children deprived of education, who are collect shabby from garbages as well as poverty-stricken widows, properly that they shall not be any longer in need." Mr. "Khalis" told " The floods and earthquakes have destroyed the homes of thousands of people; We have helped them this year, but national societies and international relief organizations shall support ARCS, which enable us to provide them shelters before coming winter."
