Today, on Saturday, Takashi Okada, Japanese ambassador in Afghanistan, handed over 2940 blankets, 1480 sleeping pad, 250 portable jerry can, 210 tents, 21 plastic sheets, and 5 water purifier machine to Mawlavi Abdulatif Sabit, ARCS deputy of secretary general in operational affairs, to support the people affected by the recent earthquake in Herat province. The deputy of the secretary general in operational affairs thanked Japanese ambassador and commended their outstanding initiative.It has been decided that mentioned aid will be distributed to the affected people soon.
