Afghanistan International Bank Hands Over Three Types of Aid to ARCS for Kunar Earthquake Victims

As part of ongoing relief efforts for communities devastated by the recent earthquake in eastern Afghanistan, Afghanistan International Bank (AIB) has formally handed over three categories of essential non-food relief supplies to the ARCS. The donation, presented by Mr. Dad Mohammad, Head of AIB’s Shariah Department, included 60 tents, 60 carpets, and 142 blankets.
At the handover ceremony, ARCS President Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar expressed deep appreciation to the bank for its assistance. He underscored the importance of collective action in supporting disaster-affected communities, emphasizing that swift and coordinated efforts are vital to meeting the urgent needs of vulnerable families.
Mr. Dad Mohammad described support for earthquake victims as a shared responsibility and pedeged to provide additional assistance.
