100 Tons of Humanitarian Aid: 1,000 Repatriated Families Supported in Paktia

Under the directive of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, 100 metric tons of humanitarian assistance were distributed to 1,000 returnee families in Gardez city, the center of Paktia province, as well as in Zarmat and Rohani Baba districts.
The assistance, supplied by the Turkish Red Crescent, included 50 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 5 liters of cooking oil, 10 kg of chickpeas, 5 kg of sugar, 10 kg of macaroni, 3 kg of salt, 350 grams of Cerelac, and non-food items comprising one blanket and two bottles of dishwashing liquid per family.
This support will enable these families to better manage their daily needs in an organized manner.
In line with its seven fundamental principles, the ARCS remains committed to supporting vulnerable people, returnees, and disaster-affected communities.
