This process was carried out under the supervision of Mawlawi Gul Rahman Muhajir, Head of the ARCS Provincial Assemblies.
Under the established structure, five members were selected for each district and city district. One serves as the chairperson, while the other four serve as active members.
The newly selected members will identify the needs of people affected by natural and man-made disasters in their respective areas, coordinate with relevant teams in carrying out humanitarian activities, and report on conditions in their areas.
They will also share the needs of vulnerable people with the ARCS to help ensure that humanitarian services are delivered promptly and effectively.
