Today, Monday, the 28th of April, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice-president of ARCS, accompanied by a delegation traveled to Nangarhar Province. During the visit, he convened with Mawlawi Qamar Gul Nasrat, Director of Eastern Zone, and Mawlawi Fazalur Rahman Fayaz, Director of ARCS Provincial Office, to assess the conditions of refugees at Torkham Omari Camp, identify their needs, and facilitate the provision of timely and essential services to them.
