Uruzgan: Two-Day Training Workshop on Small Business Management for 100 Participants

The ARCS successfully concluded a two-day training workshop on small business and marketing in Tarinkot, the provincial capital of Uruzgan, and Dehrawod District. The workshop was attended by 100 participants.
Participants received comprehensive and detailed information on the key steps to start a business, effective product marketing, building strong customer relationships, financial planning, and managing business risks.
Additionally, discussions were held on business innovations and the analysis of local market needs to help participants develop practical and effective plans to grow their businesses within their communities.
