The ARCS, with support from the IFRC, distributed non-food assistance to 500 repatriated families, including in Lashkargah, the capital of Helmand province, as well as in Gereshk and Garmsir districts.
Each family received 16 different non-food items, including 2 blankets, clothing, and other essentials for children, women, and men, such as jumpers, scarves, undershirts, gloves, socks, and shoes.
The assistance was provided to reduce the impact of the winter cold, ensure the safety of repatriated families, and meet their basic needs.
The ARCS continues its humanitarian aid efforts based on the needs of returning refugees.
