Cash Assistance Provided to Affected Family in Dasht-e-Barchi, Kabul

Following last night’s earthquake in Kabul, four individuals in the Dasht-e-Barchi area fell into a well and lost their lives.

The ARCS provided 100,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to the family that lost three of its members in the incident. During the handover, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of ARCS, expressed his condolences to the elder son of the family, who was also injured in the incident, and handed over the financial aid.

Additionally, Mr. Delawar sent a delegation to the Gosefandara area of Bagrami district in Kabul to participate in the burial ceremonies of eight earthquake victims. The delegation also checked on the condition of the remaining injured child, assessed the family’s needs and challenges, and extended sincere sympathy and condolences.
