Coordination Meeting Held Between ARCS and Diyanet Foundation to Support Orphans and Vulnerable People During Ramadan

Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, met with Dr. Emrah Kandemir, Head of Diyanet Foundation in Afghanistan, to discuss plans for supporting orphaned children and organizing iftar programs for vulnerable families in Kabul and several other provinces during the upcoming month of Ramadan.
Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman highlighted the ongoing humanitarian efforts being implemented through ARCS Marastoons for female-headed families. He emphasized the vital role of all humanitarian organizations in supporting orphans during the harsh winter and described ARCS as a trusted institution for delivering aid to female-headed families, people in need, and those affected by disasters.
Dr. Kandemir stated that the Diyanet Foundation plans to provide winter clothing for orphans in several provinces during Ramadan and to organize iftar programs for vulnerable families. He noted that implementing these initiatives in close coordination with ARCS would contribute to effective and positive outcomes.
Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman expressed appreciation for the Diyanet Foundation’s assistance and assured full cooperation in the implementation of these humanitarian initiatives.
