The ARCS, with support from the IFRC, provided cash assistance totaling 210,000 Afghanis to 20 flood-affected families in Tarinkot, the capital of Uruzgan Province, and Dehrawod District. Each family received 10,500 Afghanis.
The assistance will help address the daily and urgent needs of these families to some extent and ease their basic challenges.
In line with its humanitarian principles, ARCS continues to support flood-affected communities by delivering food and non-food items, health services, and other life-saving assistance, ensuring a timely response to their needs.
