به هدایت محترم شیخ الحدیث شهابالدین دلاور رئیس عمومی هلالاحمر افغانی به ۶۹۷ خانوادهٔ مهاجر عودتکننده و نیازمند در نواحی مختلف شهر مزار شریفِ مرکز ولایت بلخ، چهار قلم مواد غذایی و غیرغذایی توزیع شد.
در این کمکها، به هر خانواده ۵۰ کیلوگرام آرد، ۵ لیتر روغن، ۸.۵ کیلوگرام بوره و یک بستهٔ مواد مورد نیاز زمستانی مساعدت شد.
این کمک بهمنظور رسیدگی عاجل خانوادههای یادشده انجام شده است.
