ARCS Holds Competitive Examination for 36 Candidates

ARCS administered an examination at its central headquarters for the position of Deputy Director of Finance and Administration for the projects of the Norwegian Red Cross. A total of 36 candidates participated. In accordance with principles of equity and transparency, the top-performing candidate will be appointed to the position after a comprehensive evaluation of both written assessments and interviews.
